Our story is one woven with the threads of family, craftsmanship and a deep-rooted passion for building trust, creating excellence.
Founded by Maher Kassem, a visionary with a dream to create something enduring, MAK Builders is a testament to the values of hard work, integrity, and the pursuit of excellence.
Prior to founding MAK Builders, Maher Kassem set up the Associated Builders & Contractors Group (ABCO) in the early 80’s, of which some signature projects include: the SST Residential Building at Ramlet El Bayda, Lebanon; the Gefinor Rotana Hotel, Lebanon; Tilal Kfardebian, Lebanon, CLW Schools and Aqua Marina Resorts, Lebanon.
Looking ahead; a legacy of building futures- as MAK Builders continues to grow and evolve, the story of Maher Kassem is an ongoing narrative of building not just structures, but also the pursuit of unwavering excellence; and it’s not just a business strategy, it’s a family promise.
Inspired by a vision of crafting not just buildings but timeless spaces where families could create memories and businesses could thrive, the vision took root and the blueprint became reality in 2002.
Drawing on generations of expertise in construction, Rami Kassem, Partner and General Manager joined in 2010 after an extensive career in Investments Management between Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom.
The family ethos permeates through every level of MAK Builders’ organization, creating a culture of collaboration and shared commitment to excellence.
